When does processing start?
Processing begins on the next business day after your order is placed. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. You will receive email updates at each stage of your order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order, before processing begins. Please contact our team immediately with your order number and the updated address.
What if my order is delayed?
Occasionally, international shipments experience delays due to customs or carrier conditions. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact our team and we will investigate promptly.
Are there customs duties or import fees?
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's thresholds before ordering.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Please provide a complete residential or business address at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve this as a priority.
14-day
returns.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery on all full-price items. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact our team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and a reference number. Returns outside this window cannot be accepted.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
